Key Responsibilities

Training & Culture Leadership

• Design and deliver engaging remote safety training modules and certifications for a distributed workforce.
• Lead monthly virtual safety committee meetings to foster a “Safety First” mindset across the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory inquiries and internal safety grievances.

Risk Mitigation & Compliance

• Perform remote Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and provide actionable mitigation strategies to site leads.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
