Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems located at various client sites.
• Create, schedule, and document work orders using digital maintenance management software, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate corrective repairs, prioritize urgent issues, and oversee on‑site contractor activity when necessary.
• Analyze equipment performance data to recommend upgrades, cost‑saving measures, and process improvements.
• Collaborate remotely with on‑site teams, vendors, and operations managers to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and supplies, utilizing inventory management tools to minimize waste.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring a proven track record of technical competence, professionalism, and self‑motivation:

Education and Experience

– High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields are strongly preferred.
– Minimum of three years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a commercial, industrial, or institutional setting.
– Proficiency with maintenance management platforms such as Maximo, Hippo, or similar, and strong computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
