About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Remote ICU Nurses to join our dynamic telehealth team. Salary Range

The annual salary range for this Remote ICU Nurse position is $85,000 – $115,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and certifications. We offer competitive compensation packages including performance-based incentives and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

Patient Care & Assessment

• Monitor and assess ICU patients remotely through telehealth platforms
• Interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic imaging
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions
• Participate in virtual rounds and case conferences

Emergency Response

• Respond appropriately to patient emergencies via telehealth
• Initiate emergency protocols and interventions as needed
• Coordinate with on-site staff when necessary for patient care

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
