As a key member of our operations department, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and preventative maintenance scheduling. You will utilize advanced software tools to track asset lifecycles, manage vendor relationships for hardware replacements, and implement preventative digital maintenance protocols to ensure zero downtime for our remote workforce.

Salary Range

$52,000 – $74,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and technical certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Infrastructure Oversight

You will proactively monitor our cloud-based systems and software environments to identify potential vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks before they impact productivity.
