About the Role

Core Responsibilities

As a Fire Engineer, you’ll lead complex fire safety engineering projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will drive fire modeling, risk assessments, and compliance strategies for diverse structures including high-rises, hospitals, and industrial facilities. You’ll collaborate with architects and developers to integrate fire safety into building designs, prepare detailed engineering reports, and ensure adherence to international codes like NFPA and IBC. Requirements

Professional Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with fire safety specialization. You must have 5+ years of experience designing fire protection systems for commercial or industrial projects, with proven proficiency in industry tools like FDS, PyroSim, and AutoCAD MEP. Active NICET Level II certification or equivalent is required, along with extensive knowledge of NFPA 101, NFPA 5000, and international fire codes. Strong skills in fire dynamics modeling, sprinkler system design, and egress planning are essential, alongside excellent written communication for technical documentation and client presentations.
