About the Role

As a Remote Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing property maintenance tasks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all systems are operational. While this is a work-from-home position, you may be required to visit properties for inspections or emergency repairs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and enhancing property value.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
