About the Role

Responsibilities

Daily Management Duties

• Oversee cleaning schedules and assign tasks to on-site staff
• Monitor cleaning quality through video reports and photos
• Coordinate supply inventory and ordering for multiple locations
• Conduct virtual inspections and provide feedback
• Handle customer inquiries regarding cleaning services

Special Projects

• Develop cleaning protocols and standard operating procedures
• Research and recommend new cleaning technologies and products
• Create training materials for cleaning staff
• Analyze cleaning efficiency and implement improvements

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning or janitorial experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols

Compensation
