About the Role

We are seeking dependable Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers to join a remote-first transportation team serving freight customers across the United States. You will transport goods safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards for vehicle care, customer service, and Department of Transportation compliance. What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy trucks and tractor-trailers safely for regional, dedicated, or OTR freight assignments.
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Review routes, delivery windows, load details, and customer instructions through remote dispatch systems.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, delivery confirmations, fuel records, and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, warehouse teams, customers, and fleet coordinators.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety policies while transporting cargo.
• Secure freight properly and protect shipments from damage, delay, or loss.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer, heavy truck, OTR, regional, or dedicated route experience preferred.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
• Comfort using mobile apps, ELD systems, GPS tools, and remote dispatch platforms.
• Reliable communication skills and ability to manage schedule updates independently.
• Endorsements such as Hazmat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples are a plus.
