You will utilize advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to monitor stock levels, schedule freight carriers, and ensure that materials are moving through the supply chain without a single hitch. You will act as the vital link between our physical inventory and our digital distribution hubs, ensuring that every shipment is accounted for and every stock discrepancy is resolved in real-time.

Salary Range

$48,000 – $62,000 USD per year (Based on experience and performance metrics)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Inventory & Stock Management

You will maintain real-time accuracy of our digital stock records. By monitoring automated inventory feeds, you will identify potential shortages before they occur and coordinate the movement of materials to prevent production delays. You will be responsible for auditing digital logs against physical shipment data to ensure 100% accuracy.

Freight Coordination & Logistics Oversight

You will serve as the primary remote coordinator for all incoming and outgoing freight. This includes scheduling pickups, tracking shipments via GPS and carrier portals, and communicating with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery. You will troubleshoot delays and reroute shipments digitally to maintain our service level agreements.

Material Flow Optimization

Using data analytics, you will identify bottlenecks in our material movement processes. You will propose and implement digital workflow improvements that streamline how goods move from suppliers to our distribution centers, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimum waste.

Requirements

Professional Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or warehouse management. A deep understanding of freight terminology, shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices), and material handling workflows is essential.

Technical Proficiency

Since this is a remote position, you must be highly tech-savvy. Proficiency with ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required. You must also be an expert in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
