About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, self‑motivated engineer who thrives in a fast‑moving, distributed environment. In this role you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable services that power our flagship SaaS platform.
• Own end‑to‑end feature lifecycles—from requirement gathering and architecture to CI/CD pipelines and post‑release monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Participate in cross‑functional sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos, ensuring alignment between engineering and business goals.
• Advise on technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record in building production‑grade systems.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Go, Rust, TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineering teams is a plus.
