About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our dynamic remote team. You’ll oversee all financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel growth. This is a fully remote position for financial professionals passionate about innovation and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Lead financial planning and analysis for department initiatives
• Monitor cash flow, investment performance, and risk management
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of financial management experience in fast-paced environments
• CPA, CFA, or CPA certification strongly preferred
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning
• Proficiency with financial software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Excel advanced)
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior finance staff
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives and stakeholders

Salary Range

• $75,000 – $110,000 USD/year based on experience
