About the Role

As a Remote Datacenter Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our global data center operations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics on data center hardware and networking equipment

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations, systems administration, or network engineering
• Strong knowledge of server hardware (Dell, HP, IBM) and networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper)
• Experience with remote management tools and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing concepts

Salary Range
