About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and contractors to develop precise cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to gather pricing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting cost breakdowns and risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material prices, and regulatory changes affecting cost estimation.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Procore, PlanSwift, or Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and labor rates.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Salary Range

$50,000 – $70,000 USD/year

Earnings vary based on experience, project complexity, and performance. Additional bonuses are available for successful project completions.
