About the Role

  • Coordinate with onsite technicians for physical tasks such as drive swaps, cable re‑routing, and rack‑level power cycling.
  • Document all changes in the CMDB, maintain runbooks, and contribute to automation scripts (Python, Ansible).
  • Participate in on‑call rotation (one week per month) with a 15‑minute response SLA for critical alerts.

Requirements

Must‑Have
