About the Role

As a Remote Datacenter Technician, you will serve as the foundational pillar of our digital ecosystem. Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Datacenter Technician, IT Support Specialist, or a similar infrastructure-focused role in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise server hardware from major manufacturers such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo, including the ability to interpret system logs and error codes.
• Solid understanding of networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls from brands like Cisco and Juniper.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server administration and management.
• Ability to efficiently utilize remote monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and terminal emulation software to manage complex environments.
