Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid electrical license or certification as required by your state/jurisdiction
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical standards
• Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex electrical concepts clearly
