About the Role

In this 100% remote position, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between business objectives and cloud technology. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Designing and deploying cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Leading cross‑functional teams to migrate on‑premise workloads to the cloud, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum ROI.
• Conducting architectural reviews, capacity planning, and cost‑optimization workshops for enterprise clients.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating emerging technologies such as Kubernetes, serverless, and AI/ML services into client solutions.
• Documenting architecture diagrams, best‑practice guides, and operational runbooks for ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and security teams to translate business needs into cloud designs.
• Architect resilient, high‑availability systems that incorporate multi‑region failover and disaster recovery strategies.
• Implement security controls, identity management, and governance frameworks that align with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and industry regulations.
• Provide hands‑on support during application refactoring, CI/CD pipeline setup, and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise‑grade cloud solutions.
• Proven expertise in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Strong knowledge of networking controlled by software (SDN), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a distributed remote environment.
