About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Advocacy

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in care coordination, case management, medical assisting, or a similar healthcare role
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena
