About the Role

We are a leading telehealth provider on a mission to expand access to mental health care. We seek a licensed Clinical Psychologist to deliver therapy remotely via secure video. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based practices, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical records. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and the opportunity to serve diverse clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy through our telehealth platform.
• Conduct psychological assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.

Requirements

Education and Licensure

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for additional state licensures (we assist with portability).
• Completion of internship and post-doctoral fellowship (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post-doctoral clinical experience.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
• Experience with diverse populations and diagnostic skills using DSM-5/ICD-10.

Technical Skills

• Comfortable with telehealth technology and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with EHR systems; experience with our platform is a plus.
• Excellent communication, cultural competence, and ability to build rapport remotely.

Salary Range

$80,000 – $100,000 USD annually, based on experience.
