  • Familiarity with API integrations, data analytics, or DevOps tooling.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, or German) a plus for international expansion.

Company Culture

Our team operates on a foundation of transparency, autonomy, and continuous improvement. We celebrate wins publicly, conduct blameless retrospectives, and invest heavily in personal development. As a remote‑first organization, we rely on asynchronous communication, weekly syncs, and a shared OKR framework to keep everyone aligned and empowered.

How to Succeed in This Role

  • Adopt a data‑driven prospecting routine: set daily activity targets, track conversion metrics, and iterate quickly.
