About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to the evolution of proprietary AI frameworks, and help shape the consultancy’s thought‑leadership content.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, helping to scope proposals, estimate effort, and articulate the value of AI solutions to prospective clients.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments (Python, R, or Scala).
• Deep understanding of core algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, natural language processing, computer vision, and time‑series forecasting.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit‑learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Hugging Face Transformers.
