About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments of medical devices and components.
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for internal distribution and outbound shipments.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using BD’s warehouse management system.
- Ensure compliance with clean‑room and safety protocols specific to the healthcare industry.
- Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and periodic audits.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; additional logistics or supply‑chain training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably with medical or regulated products.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Good physical stamina – ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
