Job Summary

Airbus is seeking a VIE 2026-USA Improvement Support Analyst (H/F) to join its team in Miami, Miami-Dade County. This 12‑month international volunteer position supports process improvement initiatives across Airbus operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in identifying, documenting, and streamlining business processes.
• Collect and analyse performance data to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the development of improvement road‑maps, KPI dashboards, and progress reports.
• Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional meetings to gather requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare presentation materials and communicate findings to management and project teams.
• Contribute to the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or Spanish is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Eligibility for the VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program and legal right to work in the United States.
