Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven growth strategy across all client accounts.
• Lead and mentor teams in Paid Media, Marketing Operations, and Strategy to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in paid search, paid social, programmatic, and attribution modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing abilities.
• Experience building and managing high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
