Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial card programs, from prospect onboarding to post‑implementation support.
• Conduct technical training for clients and sales partners on card usage, payment integration, and fraud prevention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing research‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with client ERP systems.
• Monitor card activity, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve client experience and profitability.
• Prepare and present performance reports, usage analytics, and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications
