Job Summary

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, US. This role will lead community engagement initiatives to expand access to value‑based pediatric primary care for underserved families.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting schools, community centers, and local health providers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with nonprofit organizations, faith‑based groups, and government agencies.
• Organize health fairs, educational workshops, and screening events to promote pediatric primary and urgent care services.
• Coordinate referral pathways and follow‑up processes to ensure children receive timely, comprehensive care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, health education, or nonprofit program management.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric health services and population health concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data‑analysis software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Palm Beach County.
