Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the LDRP unit, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum support.
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and assist with deliveries.
- Educate new mothers on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current RN license in Colorado (or compact state) with a valid LDRP certification.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in labor, delivery, recovery, or postpartum nursing.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and critical鈥憈hinking skills.
- Ability to work 12鈥慼our night shifts (3聽脳聽12鈥痟rs) totaling 36鈥痟rs/week.
- Flexibility to adapt to a travel assignment and relocate quickly.
