About This Position
Create Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Director, Sales – Target to lead its Target account strategy in the United States. This senior role reports to the SVP of Retail Sales and will drive revenue growth for the company’s innovative creatine gummies across Target stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Target, aligning with corporate growth objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with Target senior buyers, category managers, and regional teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure product availability, promotional execution, and margin optimization.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and joint business plans to secure shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform tactics and forecast performance.
- Manage a cross‑functional project team to launch new SKUs, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store activations.
- Provide regular performance reporting to the SVP of Retail Sales and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of B2C retail sales experience, with a proven record of success managing the Target account.
- Deep understanding of the health‑and‑wellness category and consumer packaged goods (CPG) dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to travel nationally up to 30% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $112,169.41 annually, plus performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
