Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team, working remotely from Springdale, Washington County. This role ensures precise documentation of all training activities and supports smooth training operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, materials, and outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training reports.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person classes, ensuring all resources are available.
• Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with course content and participant data.
• Assist with compliance tracking and audit preparation for training programs.
• Provide timely responses to trainer and participant inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
