Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for tower construction and equipment installation during the Telecom Implementation (TI) phase.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work with project plans and permits.
• Conduct site assessments, verify equipment deliveries, and ensure all tools and materials are available on‑site.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; lead toolbox talks and incident reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Proven foreman or crew‑lead experience with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and site plans.
• Valid Class A driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification in OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
