Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for payment processing components within the Lending Technology portfolio.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions that integrate with core banking systems.
• Mentor and coach a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering agile best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and operations to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Spring, .NET Core).
• Hands‑on experience with payment gateways, APIs, and transaction processing.
