Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets for oncology products.
• Identify and engage oncologists, hospital pharmacists, and key decision‑makers within the assigned geographic area.
• Present scientific data and product value propositions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including medical affairs, marketing, and market access—to align on launch strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling oncology pharmaceuticals or biologics in the US market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment paradigms and clinical data interpretation.

Compensation & Benefits
