Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective borrowers, presenting loan products and financing solutions.
• Qualify leads, gather necessary financial information, and guide applicants through the loan application process.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and customer success teams to achieve monthly lending targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven telesales or loan officer experience, preferably in mortgage or consumer lending.
