EY is seeking a senior Technology Director to own the global delivery, run‑state, and modernization of the firm’s cyber monitoring, response, and security management technology portfolio. This is a high‑impact leadership role based in Atlanta, offering a competitive total cash compensation of $268,847.78.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a worldwide team of engineers, analysts and program managers responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of cyber monitoring and security management solutions.
• Define and execute the modernization roadmap, incorporating cloud‑native, AI‑driven and zero‑trust technologies.
• Ensure continuous run‑state operations, SLA compliance, and rapid incident response across all EY entities.
• Collaborate with EY’s risk, audit, and consulting practices to align technology services with business objectives.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and reporting for the technology portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and third‑party integrations.
• Develop talent pipelines, mentor senior staff and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cyber security, IT operations or technology portfolio management.
• Proven track record leading global, multi‑disciplinary technology teams.
• Deep knowledge of security monitoring platforms (SIEM, SOAR), vulnerability management and cloud security architectures.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP) preferred.
