Support Services Product Manager

Job Summary

Lenovo is seeking a Support Services Product Manager to lead product development for K‑12, Higher‑Ed and Gaming segments. This fully remote role is based in Markham, York region, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy for education and gaming support services.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success teams to deliver feature enhancements.
• Gather and prioritize market and customer feedback, translating insights into product requirements.
• Monitor segment trends, competitive landscape and revenue performance.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Prepare business cases, pricing models and performance metrics.
• Ensure alignment with Lenovo’s overall portfolio and corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven product management experience, preferably in Education (K‑12/Higher‑Ed) or Gaming sectors.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office and maintain high productivity.
• Experience with agile development processes and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology or related field; MBA is a plus.
