Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Supervisor I to lead the Busse/SJI manufacturing team in Randolph, Dodge County. In this role you will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate production associates to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Implement and enforce company policies consistently across the shift.
• Identify and eliminate non‑value‑added activities to improve workflow.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training schedule for all assembly associates.
• Create, update, and enforce standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean/ Six Sigma principles.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or engineering background preferred.
• 3+ years of hands‑on production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or lead‑role experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA) and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
