About This Position
The Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties is seeking a full‑time Clinic Administrator for its Surgical Health Center in Orange, CA. This role oversees daily operations, staff coordination, and patient services while ensuring compliance with reproductive health standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the health center’s surgical and reproductive health services in the absence of the Manager of Specialty & Surgical Services.
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to meet the annual salary budget of $70,417.63.
- Maintain high-quality patient experience by monitoring service delivery, handling complaints, and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with medical providers to optimize workflow, equipment usage, and inventory management.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or health center administration, preferably in reproductive health or surgical services.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, California health codes).
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
