Masterapp Labs is seeking a Sr. RPA Developer (Blue Prism) to join their IT Administrative Applications RPA team in Bee Cave, Travis County, TX. This hybrid contract role offers a competitive salary of $87,619 per year and requires three days of remote work and two onsite days (Thursday & Friday) in the Austin area.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Blue Prism robotic process automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Write clean, reusable code and maintain version control using best practices.
• Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
• Document solution architecture, process flows, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Blue Prism RPA development.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Austin, TX.
