About This Position
The Specialist, Partnership Management at Pearson in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, US supports new and existing Board members throughout their entire lifecycle. This concierge‑style role ensures seamless onboarding, training, meeting logistics and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Board members, guiding them through onboarding, orientation and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate all Board meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, virtual platform management and distribution of agendas and materials.
- Maintain accurate Board records, compliance documentation, and governance policies in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and deliver Board training sessions, orientation packets, and performance reports.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, board portals and virtual meeting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
