Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive‑level dashboards and regular reporting packs.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer segmentation, and loyalty metrics to recommend optimization tactics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Lead data‑quality audits, identify gaps, and implement processes for continuous improvement.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM analytics, preferably within retail or consumer‑focused brands.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Compensation

Salary: $90,134.01 annually.
