Technovision Inc, a Registered ServiceNow Partner, is seeking a Part‑Time Remote ServiceNow ITSM – PPM Technical Consultant based in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This lead‑level role supports client projects and requires active ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for multiple client engagements.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training sessions, and status reports.

Required Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS‑ITSM).
• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Project Portfolio Management (CIS‑SPM).
• Proven experience as a senior/lead ServiceNow consultant on ITSM and PPM implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while aligning with Atlanta‑based teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules.
• Background in Agile and ITIL frameworks.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data migration.
