Service Products Operations Coordinator
About This Position
Multivac USA is seeking a Service Products Operations Coordinator in Kansas City, Jackson County, US. This role provides sales support for Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs), writes proposals, and ensures seamless coordination between customers, service teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate proposals for new PMAs and renewal contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers before and after service visits to confirm readiness and capture feedback.
- Coordinate back‑office activities for Multivac’s Preventive Maintenance Agreement program, including scheduling, documentation, and parts inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales, service technicians, and parts fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of services and components.
- Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with contract details, service histories, and renewal timelines.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for PMA compliance, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing process improvements to streamline the PMA workflow and reduce turnaround times.
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, service coordination, or contract administration, preferably in industrial equipment.
- Strong written communication skills for proposal creation and customer correspondence.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
