Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions that meet Coast Guard operational requirements.
• Implement automated workflows and integrations following the Software Lifecycle Management Plan (SLMP).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, perform testing, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
