Job Summary

Frazer Jones is seeking a Senior People Operations Advisor for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in South East London, London. This hybrid role works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end HR services and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with People Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Staffing and Payroll to provide comprehensive HR advice.
• Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations and resolution processes.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Support performance management cycles, talent development and succession planning.
• Deliver HR projects that improve efficiency, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for payroll, contracts, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Analyse HR metrics and produce reports for senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of HR/People Operations experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering HR projects and change initiatives.
• HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable.
