Job Summary

Ochsner Health System is seeking a full‑time RN Supervisor for the OLGMC 9C Med Tele unit on nights in Lafayette, Lafayette Parish. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and support staff on the 9C Med Tele unit.
• Oversee patient admissions, assessments, and discharge planning during night hours.
• Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary services, and tele‑medicine resources.
• Ensure compliance with Ochsner policies, state regulations, and evidence‑based practice.
