Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and related open‑source frameworks.
- Implement and optimize cloud‑native solutions on AWS, including Lambda, SQS, S3, EC2, MQ, MSK, SNS, and EventBridge.
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API contracts, data models, and integration points.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, concurrency, and JVM tuning.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5‑8 years of professional software development experience focused on backend Java.
- Strong expertise with Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data JPA, Security, Cloud).
- Hands‑on experience with core AWS services and serverless architectures.
- Deep understanding of JVM internals, multithreading, and functional programming concepts.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design, relational databases, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
