Job Summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner – Ecommerce to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our online health‑care platforms in Cedar, Cole County, US. This senior role drives product vision, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and ensures a seamless, customer‑centric ecommerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for ecommerce solutions, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize features, create user stories, and manage the product backlog in an Agile environment.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, engineers, data analysts, and marketing to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track ROI, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and other healthcare regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior product owners and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management, specifically in ecommerce or digital health.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing.

Preferred Experience

• Background in health‑care or insurance industry digital products.
• Certification such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or PMP.

Compensation

Salary range: $121,550.03 annually.
