Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Benson, Douglas County, US to drive customer retention and expansion insights within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards that identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data into actionable retention strategies.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on gross and net retention, renewal execution, and upsell pipelines.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and ensure timely delivery of insights to senior leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders and influence decision‑making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex insights in clear, business‑focused language.
• Experience working in a Revenue Operations or Customer Success analytics environment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
