Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or related field.
• Strong observational skills, good judgment and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods.
