Enterprise Platforms Environment Manager

TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group is hiring an Enterprise Platforms Environment Manager in Arden Hills, Ramsey County, US. Lead governance, stability and operational readiness for non‑production and production enterprise platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of development, test, staging, training and production environments across a complex application ecosystem.
• Establish and enforce governance policies, change‑control procedures and service‑level standards.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, infrastructure and delivery teams to ensure environments are fit‑for‑purpose and aligned with business needs.
• Monitor environment health, capacity and performance; proactively resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, configuration baselines and audit trails.
• Lead environment readiness reviews for releases and major upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise platform environments, preferably with Oracle Cloud and related SaaS/IaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, DevOps practices and ITIL‑based service management.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration management tools, scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Experience

• Certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or AWS/Azure equivalents.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries.

Annual salary: $143,350.62
